Senior Process Engineer

We are currently hiring a Senior Process Engineer for a 12+ month contract based in the Brussels area, Belgium. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global engineering team and contribute to high-impact projects in a regulated, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate technical and process engineering sub-projects independently
• Manage engineering tasks related to Capital Acquisition Requests, Bids/RFPs, design, construction, and CVQ
• Oversee project scope, budget, quality, safety, and timelines
• Support global engineering and MSAT teams with client-focused activities, including site tours and facility assessments
• Contribute to establishing a Project Management Office within the Engineering department
• Mentor junior engineers and support development of internal talent

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering; or a Master's with 5+ years of experience
• 8-10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical sectors
• Strong understanding of cGMP and experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing
• Proven ability to work in multicultural, international environments
• Excellent communication skills in English; German or another European language is a plus
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
