About the role: We're looking for a Senior Pricing Advisor to join our Finance function in London, playing a critical role in shaping how we price our work and support profitable, client-focused decision making across the firm.Working closely with Partners, Client Relationship teams and colleagues across Finance and the wider business, you'll lead on developing innovative pricing propositions for complex, often global fee arrangements. You'll combine commercial insight, robust financial modelling and a collaborative approach to support pricing negotiations, panel and framework agreements, and live matter pricing.This is a highly visible role, offering variety and influence. You'll help embed pricing capability across the firm through training, insights and hands-on support, while also driving best practice, governance and continuous improvement in pricing discipline globally. Alongside this, you'll leverage data and tools such as Excel and Tableau to create impactful reporting, share trends and inform strategic decision-making.For someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, solving complex commercial challenges and operating at the intersection of finance, strategy and client delivery, this role offers real breadth, autonomy and the chance to make a tangible impact. What we're looking for: You'll bring strong pricing and commercial experience, ideally from a professional services environment, and be confident operating in a fast-paced, stakeholder-rich setting. In particular, we're looking for someone who can demonstrate: Experience in pricing activities, including fee analysis, financial modelling and supporting (or leading) pricing negotiations A proven ability to work collaboratively with Partners and business stakeholders to shape commercially sound pricing solutions Strong analytical capability, with experience managing and interpreting complex financial data Advanced Excel skills (this will be assessed as part of the recruitment process) The confidence to influence decision-making and balance commerciality with long-term profitability A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to take ownership and work accurately under pressureDesirable (but not essential) experience includes Tableau, PowerPoint and SAP-facing Excel analysis. A professional qualification (ACCA or CIMA) is welcomed but not required.Just as importantly, you'll have a strong client-service mindset, enjoy working as part of a team, and bring the flexibility and curiosity needed to thrive in a global, collaborative environment.
