Core Responsibilities
  • Perform routine scheduled servicing, health checks (VHC), and preventative care on sports cars, luxury marques, and performance models
  • Execute complex mechanical overhauls, including timing chains, engine components, gearboxes, suspension, and brake systems
  • Conduct advanced diagnostic fault-finding and root-cause analysis on complex electrical and mechanical setups
  • Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and pre-MOT safety checks to rigorous specialist standards
  • Maintain clear electronic job records and ensure meticulous right-first-time quality control
Candidate Profile
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on workshop experience working with prestige, luxury, or high-performance automotive brands
  • Qualifications: NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (mandatory)
  • Technical Ability: Advanced diagnostic skills, strong fault-finding capabilities, and complete tool confidence
  • Mindset: Quality-focused technician with high attention to detail and genuine pride in premium craftsmanship
  • Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
