The opportunity:
Valcon UK is seeking Power Platform Developers to join our growing Intelligent Process Automation capability group within our Technology Practice.

We are looking for Consultants with the following skill sets:
- Technical experience and knowledge with Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model driven Apps), Power Automate (Cloud Flows), Dataverse.
Responsibilities include:
- Combining the role of IT consultant with that of application developer.
- Working with a range of clients in different sectors; Retail, Infrastructure, Government, Industrial, and Finance.
- Using technical expertise, platform knowledge, and development experience in a multidisciplinary project or DevOps team to implement and manage high-quality IT solutions, such as mobile applications, business applications, and workflow systems.
- Coordinating with clients and end-users about product specifications, design, and the end-product.
- Testing new functionalities, validating with end-users, and implementing improvements.
- Demonstrable experience in building complex enterprise Power Platform solutions through the software development lifecycle.
- Experience in customising and configuring Dataverse.
- An understanding of data architecture principles, with proficiency in SQL Server and experience in integrating diverse data sources.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices, tools, and cultures, including Azure DevOps, ALM Accelerator, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise, plan, and multitask work assignments.
- Experience working in Agile project deliveries and delivering to tight timescales.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with Co-Pilot Studio, Power Pages, and Power BI.
- Relevant Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform and/or Azure cloud.
- Experience with establishing and managing the Power Platform CoE.
