"We are seeking a talented Power BI Developer to join our team and create impactful business intelligence solutions. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making."

Please note this is a hybrid role, with the expectation of working at our office in Bradley Stoke (BS32 4QQ) or another NRS site a minimum of two days per week.

Key Deliverables

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all BI solutions.
• Implement data models and schemas to support reporting needs.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reports.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
• Integrate Power BI with other data sources and systems.
• Document BI processes and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience (essential).
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query (essential).
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (essential).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (essential).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes (desirable).
• Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) (desirable).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (essential).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks (essential).
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) (desirable).
