Senior Postdoctoral Researcher - AI Alignment & Flourishing

Centre for Eudaimonia & Human Flourishing invites applications for a Senior Postdoctoral Researcher to lead research in AI alignment for human flourishing at Oxford. Based at Stoke House, Oxford, the role offers a flexible hybrid working pattern with minimum on-site presence of 2.5 days per week.

You will oversee a funded 5-year program, supervise researchers, manage budgets, and develop new funding ideas while contributing to the centre's international research profile and publications.
