Job Description
  • Develop and implement effective policy strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform policy decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote policy initiatives.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and policy briefs to key audiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of policy activities and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislative and regulatory developments in the not for profit sector.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on policy related matters.
  • Represent the organisation at external meetings, forums, and events.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Policy Advisor should have:

  • Strong expertise in policy development and analysis.
  • A solid understanding of the education and skills policy landscape
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
