Job Description- Develop and implement effective policy strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform policy decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote policy initiatives.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and policy briefs to key audiences.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of policy activities and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on relevant legislative and regulatory developments in the not for profit sector.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on policy related matters.
- Represent the organisation at external meetings, forums, and events.
A successful Senior Policy Advisor should have:
- Strong expertise in policy development and analysis.
- A solid understanding of the education and skills policy landscape
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
