Key Tasks and Responsibilities Support the management of the London Market transformation Office, delivering PMO activities for one or multiple projects as required. Apply PMO practices and processes ensuring that the project is consistently following client methodology and tools. Support reporting across the transformation portfolio, specifically focused on Risk and project performance Support Resource forecasting in line with transformation requirements Ensure timely and accurate reporting across the transformation portfolio facilitating executive level decision-making within Arch Insurance UK Support the successful execution of key transformation initiatives primarily within the London Market department. Communicate feedback continuously with key transformation partners across Actuarial, Finance, IT and London Market transformation. Work with various business partners to define requirements and document best practices within transformation activities supporting the end-to-end business and Finance/IT processes. Role Requirements & Skills # Skills / Competencies Experienced working within a PMO function within financial services Proficient in the use of Project Management tools and system Experienced in Risk & Change Management and escalation procedures in a project and portfolio context Problem-solver with the ability to identify and deliver solutions on issues. Strong verbal, written and technical (Excel and PowerPoint) communication skills essential Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty Must be able to work independently to draw conclusions and make recommendations to the London Market Transformation Head & Lead# Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or other discipline preferable.
