Senior PM, AML Monitoring - Data-Driven FinTech Leader

is seeking a product manager to own the AML transaction monitoring roadmap within the Financial Crime team. You'll shape the in-house monitoring engine, collaborate with engineers, Compliance and Risk, and drive the evolution of detection rules and tooling.

You'll combine rule logic and ML/LLMs to reduce false positives, balance risk coverage, and translate complex regulatory needs into pragmatic product decisions. The role is hybrid in London with three days in the office.
