About the Role:

Service Club is evolving into a knowledge and data intelligence company. Our platform, designed as a modular system with independent verticals (Academy, Jobs, and more), is interconnected through a shared intelligence layer, embodying principles of scalability, flexibility, and customer-centric design. ss a Senior Platform Engineer, you will be crucial in:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and Implementation: Develop scalable platforms that meet product requirements and align with our strategic goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management, design, and data teams to create user-centric solutions.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously improve system efficiency and reliability, addressing bottlenecks proactively.
  • Best Practices: Ensure the implementation of industry standards in security, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Monitoring: Develop and maintain monitoring systems for real-time insights and incident management.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative culture focused on growth.


Qualifications:


  • Technical Skills: Containers, Docker, Ansible, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, Bash, Python, Automation.
  • Cloud Expertise: Knowledge of cloud-native applications and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Tools Familiarity: Comfortable with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
