Senior Planning Officer: Lead & Mentor (Remote/Flexible)

Rushcliffe Borough Council is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Officer to lead our Development Management team. You will manage a complex caseload of major housing and commercial proposals and provide day to day guidance to junior planners.

You will mentor colleagues, deputise for the Team Manager when required, and support continuous professional development as part of a forward thinking council that blends flexible home working with modern offices at Rushcliffe Arena.
