Senior Planning Counsel - Infrastructure & DCO Expert

Heathrow is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to work with the Head of Legal (Planning) to lead the legal planning strategy for expansion and related matters, securing complex planning consents and guiding policy influence at local and national levels.

The role requires development consent order experience from pre-application to post-consent, advising on compulsory acquisitions, landowners, and environmental considerations while coordinating with programme teams and external advisers.
