Your Responsibilities- Lead planning applications and feasibility assessments
- Support site promotions and local plan representations
- Mentor junior team members
- Exposure to major residential and mixed-use sites
- Path to Associate level with CPD support
- Strong local reputation and support network
- MRTPI or working towards submission
- 3+ years experience in consultancy or local authority
- Strong communication and organisational skills
