Locum Senior Planning and Property Lawyer
East of England
Rate: £50 - 60 per hour (Interim/Umbrella)
Working: Remote
A highly reputable Local Authority in the East of England is seeking aSenior Planning and Property Lawyer to join the team on a locum basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and growing team on a full-time basis. It is a remote working position, with very ad hoc attendance.
The Senior Planning and Property Lawyer role:
Key duties of the Senior Planning and Property Lawyer will include:
- To provide legal advice and support to the Council on complex Planning Law
- To handle own caseload of planning matters of mainly section 106 matters
- To deal with transactional property matters
