Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage baseline & target project programmes across design, procurement, construction, and handover phases.
  • Monitor progress, maintain as-built schedules, and assess programme impacts from changes, delays, and variations.
  • Identify programme risks and opportunities, driving mitigation strategies and efficient construction sequencing.
  • Coordinate with project teams and supply chain to gather inputs on design, logistics, labour, and construction durations.
  • Lead planning standards and reporting, mentor junior planners, and present programme updates to senior project stakeholders.
What will you need?
  • Qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • Certification for use of planning and programme software, preferably Asta Powerproject
  • Extensive knowledge of UK and EU legal framework, in particular contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Contract awareness - Understanding JCT and NEC forms of contract
  • Presentation Techniques Training
  • Basic BIM training and understanding of the common data environment.
  • Synchro Training
