Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals.
  • Provide strategic planning advice to a diverse client base including private developers, landowners, and architects.

  • Support and mentor junior colleagues as the team continues to grow.
About You
  • MRTPI qualified (or actively working towards it).
  • Experience gained within a planning consultancy or local authority environment.
  • A strong understanding of the planning system, ideally with experience in rural or coastal development contexts.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and project management skills.
Why Apply?
  • A creative, friendly, and supportive working environment.
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
  • Exposure to a diverse and interesting range of projects across the South West.
