Job Description

O'Neill and Brennan is seeking a Senior Planner to lead planning and project controls for Cork-based projects, setting standards and ensuring consistency across pre-construction and construction phases.

The successful candidate will manage baseline programmes, 4D modelling, risk mitigation, and provide leadership to planning teams, including mentoring junior planners, with strong NEC/JCT contract knowledge and BIM collaboration experience.
