Senior Physical Design Lead - Tapeout Expert

Normal Computing is seeking a seasoned Physical Design Manager in London to lead the PD team through end-to-end silicon realization, from synthesis to GDSII tapeout. You will work with RTL, architecture, and DFT to ensure feasible floorplanning and robust timing/physical signoff.

You will drive EDA tool selection, manage tapeout plans, and optimize power, area, and performance across fast-paced design cycles, with post-silicon support as needed.
