Senior Philanthropy Manager (NA) - Flexible Hybrid

UCL Advancement seeks a Senior Philanthropy Manager to lead a North America donor portfolio, driving six- and seven-figure gifts across diverse streams. You will build strategic partnerships with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, foundations and corporate partners to maximise impact.

The role offers hybrid working with at least 20% on-site, and welcomes flexible arrangements. You will travel regionally as needed and report to the Associate Director of Development (International Programmes).
