Job Description

• Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide insights to support strategic decision making within consultancy and change initiatives.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored performance reports.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting processes.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve organisational performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Performance Analyst should have:

• Strong experience in data analysis and performance reporting.
• Experience within Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of consultancy, strategy, and change processes within the public sector.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• The ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing performance improvement opportunities.
