Job Description

Grade B -£39,784 (National) or £45,456 (London - for Londonoffice based or homebased workers within the boundary of the M25) - There isalso an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those workingfrom home.

Contracted Hours:Full time 37 hours per week.We mayconsider compressed hours

Location:Home oroffice based, flexible location (or London office). Hybrid working (working 2days a week from home). CQC'soffices are in London, Newcastle, Leeds, Nottingham and Bristol

The role
You'll be key in helping usdeliver our work. In this role, you'll:

  • Lead HR support:Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and directors, ensuring HRservices meet business needs and align with policy and best practice.
  • Manage and develop teams:Line manage People Support Advisors, supporting their development andensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee casework and change:Manage complex HR cases and support organisational change initiatives,ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.

We'll be looking for the followingskills, knowledge and experience in your application form:

  • Experience delivering HR advice:You've worked in an HR advisory role, supporting managers with people-relatedissues and applying HR policies confidently.
  • Knowledge of HR operations: Youunderstand key HR areas like resourcing, reward, and organisationaldevelopment, and can apply this knowledge to real-world challenges.
  • Ability to manage risk and influence:You've assessed HR risks and influenced decisions through clearcommunication and evidence-based recommendations.
