Senior People Partner: HR Strategy & Change

Reed in Partnership Ltd is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to support the Restart contract within the Employability Division. You will provide advisory support on Employee Relations, Performance Management, Resource and Talent Planning and Organisation Design, partnering with operational stakeholders across the business.

The role offers remote working with regular on-site presence in Midlands and the South, usually 2-3 days per week, and travel across the region as required.
