Senior People Partner, EMEA (Hybrid) - Scale Teams in AI

Heidi Health Corp. is seeking a Senior People Partner based in London to own the people agenda across EMEA, including UK & Ireland, France, Germany, and teams in SA and UAE.

You'll partner with leaders on performance, talent, organizational design, and team effectiveness, guiding EOR-based expansion and multi-jurisdiction employment needs. You'll work with the Head of People Enablement & Operations to scale our people function as Heidi grows, balancing risk and speed with strong people practices
