Senior People Partner: EMEA Growth & Strategy

We are seeking a Sr People Business Partner for Meltwater in London. This hands-on, strategic HR leader partners with regional leaders to craft scalable people programs across the UK, Nordics and Benelux. You will drive employee relations, talent management and performance initiatives to align with Meltwater's growth.

The role requires strong HR business partnering, excellent communication, and fluency in English; Dutch/Swedish are helpful. Hybrid work with 2 days in office, in London.
