Senior People Partner - 1-year fixed term contract - London - Hybrid working 
Position Overview
The Senior People Partner (SPP) position supports Inizio Medical and develops and executes human resource strategies in supporting Inizio Medical in achieving its goals. The successful candidate will join a team of 2 other Senior People Partners to form the power of three HR leaders supporting Inizio Medical.

- Hybrid working, with 1 to 2 days per week from central London office
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance Inizio Medical's performance through developing talent, capability, engagement, leadership and creating actions plans based on business insights.
- Work in partnership with HR Shared Services and Centre of Expertise teams, delivering value-added service to management that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
- Develop and maintain a level of business literacy about Inizio Medical's financial position, its midrange plans, its markets, competitor set and cultural landscape.
- In collaboration with Inizio Medical's global HR lead, educate business stakeholders on the value-add activities of HR, and how this can support their business.
- In collaboration with HR Shared Services, Centre of Expertise leads and the Inizio Medical's global HR lead, represent the whole HR team to Inizio Medical's teams and the global Inizio leadership.
- Be responsible for specific, scaled relationships across the business unit.
- Establish and implement HR plans that communicate and support the business.
- Partner with Centres of Expertise to identify and respond to local Business Unit and enterprise-wide challenges.
- Work with executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.
- Provide meaningful insights into broader business discussions around talent, and educate Business Unit partners on factors driving data shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Senior HR Partner or HR Manager position, in a matrix organisation.
- Strong experience in UK HR, with international experience desirable.
- Experience within an agency or professional services environment is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship management skills, with proven ability to build relationships and coordinate effectively among a wide range of stakeholders and collaborators.
- Strategic consulting expertise and the ability to use relationships, develop and then implement solutions to challenges and to influence strategic decisions.
- The ability to respond to shifts in the business environment, adapt and change course.
- Commercial acumen - An understanding of the organization's business model, growth objectives, financial and operational processes and wider business trends which enables delivery of strategic solutions.
- Experience of developing and delivering HR activities of strategic value to our organization and meet employees' needs across the employee life cycle.
- Demonstrable expertise and experience in analysing and communicating data insights to guide business solutions and measure successful outcomes.
