Senior People Partner - Strategy, Change & Leadership

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced People Partner to shape workforce strategy and provide expert leadership to senior teams. You will lead complex change, workforce planning and organizational development while partnering with divisional leaders to deliver the Trust's People Strategy.
