Senior People Partner - Product & Design (Remote)

M-KOPA is seeking a Senior People Partner to own the people agenda for our Product organisation and global functions at the centre of our operations. You will partner with product, design and digital lending leaders to shape talent strategy across markets.

You will drive org design, capability building and workforce planning, while scaling talent in product, design and analytics, across remote and international teams. A strong data-driven mindset and ER collaboration are essential.
