Senior People Operations Advisor

A leading professional services firm is hiring a senior People Operations professional to join its UK team. This is a hands on, impactful role in a fast paced environment, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Reporting into a senior People Operations leader, this role partners closely with People Business Partners, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Staffing and Payroll teams, providing end to end operational HR support and guidance.

You will take ownership of People Operations for designated client groups, delivering high quality HR services across the full employee lifecycle. The role requires strong judgement, outstanding attention to detail, and confidence working with senior stakeholders in a hybrid, often remote, environment.

• Own end to end People Operations for designated client groups
• Advise on the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, relocations, leave and flexible working
• Support performance management, absence cases and employee relations matters
• Manage UK benefits administration and annual reviews
• Maintain HR records, reporting and compliance with UK employment law
• Support payroll, compensation cycles and HR projects
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives

• Solid experience in HR / People Operations (professional services a plus)
• Confident operating in a fast moving, matrixed organisation
• Strong attention to detail with sound judgement and a commercial mindset
• Comfortable working with HR systems, data and senior stakeholders
• Discreet, professional and highly organised
