Senior People Business Partner - 12-Month FTC

£70,000 Bradford or Sheffield Hybrid

We are recruiting an experienced Senior People Business Partner to join a fast-paced, operationally led organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Package: £70k, 25 days' holiday + bank holidays + birthday off, pension, employee discounts and free onsite parking/EV charging.

This is a hands on, highly visible role, partnering with senior leaders and leading a small BP team through continued change and transformation. You'll balance strategic priorities with day to day operational people challenges in an environment where pace, adaptability and sound judgement are essential.

We are looking for:

• Senior HR/People BP experience within logistics, transport, manufacturing, FMCG or a similar operational environment
• Strong ER and organisational change experience, including TUPE, restructures and redundancy
• Confidence influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
• A pragmatic, commercially minded approach and the ability to work effectively through ambiguity
