Senior People Advisor / HR Manager - TUPE Specialist HR Business Partner Employee Relations

Location: Ashford -Hybrid

Salary: £57,000 + Benefits

Contract: 3 Month FTC Full Time

We are seeking a Senior People Advisor with full end-to-end TUPE experience - from due diligence and consultation to employee transfers and post-transfer integration. This is a high-impact role where your TUPE knowledge will directly shape organisational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support significant change activities, including restructures, consultations and TUPE.
• Manage complex employee relations cases
• Coach and develop managers
• Use data and insight to influence organisational design and workforce planning

You'll Bring:

• Proven, hands-on TUPE expertise (essential)
• Strong Employee Relations experience
• HR experience as a Manager, Business Partner, or Senior Advisor
• Ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders
