Senior Payroll Lead - Hybrid UK, 30k Employees

Caresoft Global Limited is looking for a Payroll Supervisor based in Solihull who will oversee payroll operations for approximately 30,000 employees. This hybrid role requires someone with extensive experience in supervising payroll teams, ideally with knowledge of both UK and Republic of Ireland payroll legislation.

The supervisor will support the Payroll Operations Manager and ensure compliance with legal requirements while leading a high-performing team. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
