Job Description
As a social enterprise, Goodwall works through public-private partnerships to unlock the potential of underserved and underprivileged youth globally.
As a Senior Partnership Manager, your role will be to grow our existing partnerships and secure new ones to ensure no youth is left behind. This multi-faceted role includes partnership development, understanding of programming, and proposal development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Nurturing and building relationships with existing and new partners, including Fortune 500 companies, foundations, governmental agencies, United Nations agencies, and other organizations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives from partner organizations.
- Collaborating with team members and partners to develop and execute complex concept notes and partnership proposals.
- Progressing new partnerships through co-design, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Identifying and qualifying potential partners, effectively presenting our value proposition.
- Adapting product offerings and presentations for different opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Tracking multiple partners and opportunities, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and representing Goodwall externally.
- Leading proposal and concept note writing when needed.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to improve proposal quality and alignment with social impact goals.
- Acting as a key team player within partnerships and the wider organization.
- Contributing to achieving KPIs and company targets.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, organized leader with the following attributes:
- 7+ years of experience in sales and developing large-scale programs and partnerships.
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets and co-creating partnerships with global organizations.
- Comfortable participating in all partnership stages, from co-creation to contract signing.
- Extensive experience in developing partnership materials: decks, proposals, budgets, work plans, contracts, MoUs, tenders, and reports.
- Ability to navigate the procedures of diverse partners to facilitate decision-making and funding.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and support teams.
- An entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse international teams.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a distributed environment, leveraging tools like Hubspot, Notion, and productivity apps.
