Version 1 is seeking a Senior Oracle Recruitment Cloud Functional Consultant to lead and design Oracle Recruitment Cloud solutions across the UK & Ireland. You will run workshops, configure solutions, and guide clients through successful transformations, becoming a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

The role requires active or recent SC clearance, with a strong track record in Oracle HCM Cloud projects and enterprise-scale transformations.
