In this role, you will:- Lead the execution and management of key strategic change initiatives across Global Procurement Services, including Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, and Third Party Management (including Supplier Management).
- Ensure all core change deliverables are completed to the required level of quality, translating strategic objectives into tangible business outcomes.
- Engage stakeholders to secure strong buy in and business ownership for all procurement changes.
- Deliver effective communications, overcome challenges, and resolve conflicting priorities to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage programme responsibilities, objectives, and task allocation, ensuring individuals are used in accordance with their skills and that progress is tracked and reported to stakeholders.
- Oversee the tracking and management of risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring all commitments are delivered within agreed cost and quality parameters.
- Promote and ensure adherence to the project/programme governance model, using defined standards and tools (such as risk logs, change control, and resource requests), and adopt the Global Procurement Change Governance and HSBC Change Framework.
Technical:
- Deep understanding of the end to end procurement lifecycle, including Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, and Third Party Management.
- Ability to leverage procurement data architecture to inform process simplification and optimisation.
- Proven track record in leading, managing, and implementing multi functional change programmes, including familiarity with project management tools such as Clarity, JIRA, MS Office, and Visio.
- Experience in delivering key change management outputs such as change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, training needs analysis, business readiness reporting, and transition to BAU (Business as Usual).
- Understanding and application of best practice change frameworks and agile methodologies to drive effective and efficient project delivery.

- Demonstrates initiative, maintains best practice change approaches, and seeks opportunities for synergy, integration, and workflow optimisation.
- Comfortable working at pace on large, complex, cross business projects, and able to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes under pressure.
This role is based in London on a hybrid basis.
