Senior NPD Manager, Makeup Innovation (Hybrid)

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Senior NPD Manager to lead the development of innovative makeup products across new product development and reformulation projects. You will manage end-to-end processes with cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.
