The Role

As a Senior National Account Manager, you will manage the daily relationships with a portfolio of the largest restaurant partners. You will leverage your expertise with the Deliveroo platform to grow these partners' sales, improve their daily operations, and enhance their efficiency in working with customers and riders.

You will analyze data to identify performance patterns and create insights for improvement. You will report to your Client Partner and collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Product.

Working with large-scale restaurant partners, you will often face unique challenges, shaping the future of our partnerships globally.

You will:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partner-specific goals, and present performance reviews to partners.
  • Manage weekly operational meetings, providing insights during regular reviews with support from your Client Partner.
  • Offer guidance on improving and expanding delivery as a channel.
  • Increase revenue and health metrics by advising restaurant partners on best practices.
  • Deliver in-person training sessions covering operational best practices, Deliveroo insights, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify new opportunities to strengthen relationships with key restaurant partners by collaborating with other departments.
  • Partner with regional Commercial Managers to identify and prioritize growth opportunities across UK regions.
  • Work with restaurant marketing teams to execute marketing campaigns that add value for partners.
Requirements
  • Experience in account management or strategic partnerships roles.
  • Ability to manage data and generate clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
