What's Included in the Package?- Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum basic (DOE)
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday hours with Saturdays on a fair team rota

- Lead the pre-MOT inspection and vehicle preparation process for retail inventory and customer cars
- Conduct official Class 4 MOT tests and complete right-first-time mechanical repairs
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults across multi-brand petrol, diesel, and EV drivetrains
- Uphold strict DVSA testing standards, vehicle health checks (VHC), and workshop safety practices
- Collaborate with an experienced workshop crew to deliver dealership-quality service without corporate stress
- Licensing: Active, valid DVSA MOT Tester License required
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or time-served equivalent)
- Technical Expertise: Experienced vehicle technician confident in fault-finding, diagnostic tools, and general mechanical servicing
- Mindset: Quality-driven mechanic committed to high workshop standards and customer safety
- Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
