Senior Mid Market Property & Liability Underwriter (Hybrid)

Lawes Consulting Group is seeking a New Business Senior Underwriter in Property & Casualty (Mid Market) for its Glasgow branch. You will manage profitability, influence the underwriting team, and build strong broker relationships to drive growth and trading capability.

You will lead large case management for new business, negotiate covers and pricing with Trading Underwriters, and develop a regional distribution strategy to meet financial KPIs.
