Job Description

Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant - Remote

RED now has a new contract opportunity for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join one of our key partners on a new CRM migration/Proof of Concept project.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be fully remote, with candidates based in the EU.

Specific skills/experience required:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/Sales
  • Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Strong knowledge of entities, forms, views, workflows, dashboards and security
  • Experience with solution architecture and environment strategy
  • Experience supporting data migration projects
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and Azure DevOps for Dynamics 365 environments
  • Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce - Dynamics 365 migration would be a strong advantage
