Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor - In-House Commercial Lead

Criterion Capital is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our in-house contracting team. You will manage the financial and contractual aspects of MEP packages across diverse development projects, ensuring on-budget delivery to required quality standards.

You will work closely with project management, design and site teams on residential, hospitality and commercial schemes, with a strong emphasis on procurement, cost control and contract administration.
