Senior MEP Commercial Lead - Large-Scale Projects

Skanska UK Plc is seeking an MEP Commercial Manager to join our Building services team in London/Slough. You will manage MEP project finances and contractual obligations, ensuring margins and customer satisfaction for internal and external clients.

Responsibilities include overseeing contract scope, payments, variations and dispute procedures, while promoting HS&E standards across projects. Prior experience on large MEP projects and NEC/DB contract forms is essential.
