You will play a key role in taking prototypes into certified, production-ready products, balancing quality, cost, and timeline constraints.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the mechanical system design from early prototyping to scalable, manufacturable solutions.
  • Ensuring technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and engineering service providers to align on specifications, quality targets, and delivery schedules.
  • Overseeing documentation, certification readiness, and mechanical validation of the device.
  • Translating 2D/3D designs into detailed engineering drawings and production-ready formats.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams (photonics, electronics, fluidics, quality, regulatory) to ensure full system integration.
  • Contributing to the industrialization process by identifying key risks, optimizing designs for manufacturing, and supporting certification processes.
