  • Overseeing and stamping mechanical projects of all complexities and sizes
  • Setting design strategies for high-profile projects
  • Leading audits, feasibility studies, and troubleshooting construction challenges
  • Mentoring junior and intermediate engineers
  • Collaborating with clients, contractors, and cross-discipline teams
  • Conducting site visits and ensuring project success from start to finish
What You Bring to the Table
  • 10+ years of mechanical design experience (5+ years in Canada)
  • P.Eng in Ontario (or ability to obtain)
  • Expertise in hot water, steam, and chilled water systems
  • Strong understanding of DDC control systems & troubleshooting
  • Extensive knowledge of OBC, ASHRAE, CSA, and ASPE standards
  • Proven experience designing for multi-unit residential, commercial, and institutional projects
  • Leadership skills and a passion for mentoring
