Day-to-day expectations

  • Strategicadvisory:Partnerwithclientstotranslatebusiness goalsintoactionableMarketingroadmapsthatcanbeexecutedbyyouorthewiderGen25team.

  • Clientleadership:Actasatrustedadvisor,managingsenior stakeholdersandbridgingthecommunicationgapbetween marketing,IT,andotherdepartments.

  • Platformarchitecture:Leadtheimplementationand optimisationofmarketingtechnologyplatformslikeSalesforceMarketingCloudandSalesforceData360(DataCloud).

  • Technicalexecution:Designandimplementbest-practice, scalablemarketingsolutionstoensurehigh-performing,data andvalue-drivenmarketingoutcomes.

  • Marketingdataorchestration:Supportwidermarketingdata-relatedinitiativesbyadvisingbestpracticeandtakinginto accountprojectandcustomerstrategicgoals.

  • Delegateandcoach:AppropriatelydelegateworktothewiderMarketingConsultingteamandsupportwithcoachingjunior teammembers.

Job Requirements

  • 3+yearsrelevantmarketingtechnologyexperience

  • Demonstrablestrategicmarketingexperience

  • CertificationandprovenexperienceinSalesforceMarketing CloudEngagement(SFMC).

  • Provendataanalyticsorbusinessintelligenceexperience.

  • Understandingand/orexperiencewithmarketingperformancemeasurementplatformsortoolinge.g.SalesforceMarketing Intelligence.

  • ExperiencewithCRMplatformse.g.SalesforceSalesand/or ServiceCloud.

  • Abilitytoquicklyadapttochangingplans,newpeople,newenvironmentsandtechnology.

Nice to Have

  • SalesforceData360(DataCloud)consultantcertification.

  • Basic/intermediatescripting(suchasHTML,CSS,JS, Ampscript,SQL)skills.

  • Experienceinothermarketingtechnologyplatforms.

  • Experiencein(marketing)AItools.
