Senior Marketing Manager

Our client, a fast-growing and entrepreneurial consumer brand, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead its next phase of brand and commercial growth.

With strong foundations already in place, this is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to shape marketing strategy, lead execution and elevate the brand's presence across Ireland. It will suit a commercially minded marketer who enjoys working in a scaling environment and is motivated by building brands, growing awareness and delivering measurable results.

The Role

• Develop and deliver the marketing strategy in support of ambitious business growth plans
• Strengthen brand awareness and positioning across consumer and trade audiences
• Drive demand generation across digital, retail and eCommerce channels
• Lead integrated campaigns across brand, content, social media, PR and product marketing
• Grow social media reach and engagement, build an active brand community and support measurable sales growth
• Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing activity with commercial priorities
• Support the development of owned brands and product innovation initiatives
• Introduce structure, pace and marketing best practice within a growing business
• Monitor performance and use insights to continually improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment

The Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years' marketing experience, ideally within a consumer-focused or high-growth business
• Proven experience of growing a brand and building market traction
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
• Broad experience across brand, digital, social media and integrated campaign delivery
• A hands-on, creative and action-oriented approach
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
