Working Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

Our client is entering an exciting phase of growth with a refreshed strategy and is seeking a performance driven Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing and brand campaigns across all channels. You'll oversee the production of high-volume assets, translating strategic direction into actionable plans that enhance customer engagement, brand visibility, and commercial performance.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, operational leader with strong planning skills and a passion for delivering impactful campaigns in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, PR, and Social).
  • Oversee brand communications including PR, influencer marketing, events, and social media.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing and brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage product launches and integrated brand campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Line management of the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage external agencies to ensure timely, high-quality, and brand-consistent delivery.
  • Oversee a multi-million-pound marketing and brand budget.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure all activities meet strategic and commercial goals.

Core Competencies

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in marketing and brand management, ideally in the retail sector.
  • Proven track record in delivering successful campaigns and events.
  • Strong experience in ATL (TV, Radio, OOH, Press) and BTL (DM, door drops).
  • Expertise in PR, events, influencer partnerships, and social media strategy.
  • Ability to work at pace and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and execution skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Budget management experience with a focus on ROI and strategic impact.
  • Experience of working within FMCG, retail, automotive or B2C product based businesses.
