Are you a data-savvy marketing professional with a passion for personalisation, performance, and precision? Our client, a leading UK financial services organisation, is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their dynamic and collaborative Design & Delivery team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering 1-2-1 communications that truly connect with customers. You will be instrumental in campaign design, data selection, and channel strategy-driving engagement and value across email, SMS, mail, and digital banking platforms.
The Role
As an Analyst, you will:
- Design and deliver data selections for marketing, service, and research campaigns.
- Work hands-on with campaign tools (e.g. Adobe Campaign).
- Collaborate with planning and creative teams to define targeting and decisioning criteria.
- Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring others and promoting best practices.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data governance standards.
- Contribute to a Centre of Excellence for campaign design and delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in data selection and campaign management tools.
- Strong understanding of 1-2-1 communications across multiple channels.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of data protection legislation (UK GDPR, PECR).
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills.
- Financial services experience is highly desirable.
