The Mission We are seeking an elite acute care professional to step aboard a magnificent superyacht and provide dedicated, 1:1 care for an 80 year old VIP. This role seamlessly blends high stakes clinical expertise with the pinnacle of luxury travel. Your rotation will be exclusively focused on the Mediterranean, with an upcoming itinerary that explores the crystal clear waters and exclusive ports of Sardinia, Corsica, and Menorca.
The Team You will be an integral part of a world class, bespoke medical framework. The onboard medical unit operates under the guidance of a Lead British Doctor, supported by specialist Physiotherapists and an exclusive team of fully Western trained nursing professionals.
The Safety Delivering uncompromising care requires an environment where clinicians are fully supported. We mandate a strict double nurse shift system at all times. This vital safety protocol ensures constant clinical redundancy, immediate peer support during critical interventions, and protects our medical staff from fatigue.
The Process To respect the time constraints of high performing medical professionals and to maintain absolute discretion, our entire initial interview and vetting phase is conducted via a secure online platform.
RequirementsWestern BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree.
4+ years of recent, high acuity experience strictly within Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E).
Native or C1 fluent English proficiency.
30 days of annual leave.
Premium en suite quarters on board the vessel.
All expenses covered (including international travel to and from the yacht, world class catering, and tailored medical uniforms).
