Location: London / Hybrid Working (expectation to attend the office 2 days per week)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, with flexible days and hours (Mon-Fri)

Salary: £80,000 - £87,500 depending on experience

The Role

The Senior Manager, Transaction Management will be responsible for managing Structured FI Solutions transactions aligning with the BBB's objectives and values. This includes overseeing the portfolio of commitments made by the team.

The role involves collaborating with product colleagues within the Structured FI Solutions team to ensure smooth handovers post-origination and execution. The Senior Manager will serve as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, such as Delivery Partners, Banking Operations, and other involved parties.

While working independently, the Senior Manager will escalate non-standard or sensitive issues to the relevant product lead and may assist in developing and managing junior colleagues within the Banking team.

Candidates should have extensive experience in securitisation or similar capital markets transaction structuring/management, with solid knowledge of relevant regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.

A thorough understanding of securitisation, asset-backed finance, and guarantee techniques, structures, and operations is essential. Prior experience with governance structures in financial institutions and line management experience is highly desirable.
