Senior Manager, Supply Chain Solutions

About the role

Owning the Supply Chain Solution design and delivery across the end-to-end Supply Chain operations. Partner closely with collaborators, outsourced partners, and external solution providers to lead high-priority or complex initiatives, assess and design supply chain solutions, and support changes to suppliers, operating models, processes, and tools aligned with the strategic priorities of the business and supply chain roadmap.

The must-haves

To be considered, you must have the following experience:

• Extensive background in Supply Chain as a subject matter expert, preferably in complex demand and channel operations, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes, practices, techniques, skills, and capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields.
• Excellent engagement, communication, and presentation skills to handle performance and change with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Proven success in mobilizing supply chain change and process improvements.
• Ability to handle complex requirements and adopt a data-driven approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and solution design.

Additional preferred qualities

We would also love you to bring:

• Prince2 and MSP certifications (preferred).
• A proactive 'can-do' attitude with a strong hands-on approach.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and determined with a strong work ethic.
• Practical project management experience, especially in large-scale supply chain transformation, using methodologies.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (preferred).
